  We just bought a new Civic. The experience was fantastic. This was my son's first new car he was buying on his own. Mark Buchanan and Cory Shaw helped him every step of the way. They were very patient and understood the nervousness my son was going through as a first time buyer. Cory took the time to explain every option my son was interested in and worked hard to give him exactly the car he was looking for right down to the tiniest detail. If you are looking for a Honda this is the only place to go. I've been to other dealerships. Trust me it's much better in Hickory.
