  I usually go out of my way to avoid this Wendy's and go further down the road to the better one. While the staff are usually nice (only one notable exception), my order is never correct. In the last six times I've been there, something was wrong. On several of those occasions I also waited 10+ minutes during a relatively non-busy time just to order. The store is clean but they certainly leave the 'fast' out of "fast food."

  Very rude management. Lady in front of me had a $44 order and they waited until her order was filled before they would even take my order in drive-thru. Got to the window after the lady drove off and the management was very rude and wouldn't even look at me period while waiting in line to get my order place of for small Frosty's they were taking so long that the line was backing up and people were honking in back of me
