  Been a customer for 15yrs or more and this is the worst set of employees I've even came in contact with. Of course their only motive is to sale sale sale anything they can but at least be knowledged at least act like you like your job and try to make it a pleasant visit. Verizon has completely started to down grade EVERYTHING... Has nothing to do with the store but my Sprint service was better when I had it than Verizon is today guess they want 5G so badly they're willing to down play 4G to make people want it bc phone service sucks now
