  Overpriced, poorly staffed. Too much emphasis on sales and not enough focus on service. Can't blame the staff, they aren't trained well and work alone so they struggle to manage busy times. Bed upkeep is lacking, lots of burned out bulbs. The spray tan booths are subpar and staff hasn't been properly trained on maintenance resulting in booths out of order. Don't think about trying to return a product, they don't honor a satisfaction guaranteed policy. You can find your lotions online at half the price even when they have sales. Not worth the money.
